• Layr Official offers complimentary shipping on orders over $150.
• Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. However, during busier times it may take up to 5 business days for an order to ship. If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received an email with tracking information, please send an email to info@layrofficial.com
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.
